I have always been curious about life. I have taken many paths — teaching, and building businesses in luxury bags, jewellery and home decor. I loved creating and achieving, and still something in me kept asking for a kind of fulfilment that success on the outside could not quite give.
That curiosity started early. I questioned rituals and looked for the logic behind them, chanted mantras, and sat in meditation long before I could have told you what spirituality meant.
Then came loss — close, and sudden, including a dear friend who went far too young. It broke every illusion I held about life and death, and changed how I look at both. What followed was deeper practice, and eventually a spiritual Master who guided me further into understanding consciousness. Alongside that I trained in mindfulness, meditation and breathwork — the bridge between what I was learning and how I was actually living.
Spirituality does not have to be complicated, or set apart from ordinary life. It can simply help us understand our emotions, our relationships and the way we respond to what happens. Today I bring that to children, teenagers, young adults, women and adults, and my intention is a simple one: to help you connect your inner I with your outer You.
